The son of a Brass Bandsman, Steve has always had music around him and a deep appreciation for it. At 15, he started learning classical guitar — and was frequently heard twanging out lead breaks from Metallica and Iron Maiden, much to his tutor's disapproval! 40 years later, he's still playing in bands and doing home recordings, with a wealth of experience in producing rock-based audio magazines and radio broadcasting.
